Dimmitt Automotive Group in Clearwater, FL is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to guide guests through vehicle selection and financing options while delivering a professional and informative shopping experience.

You will build relationships with guests and colleagues, achieve sales targets, and use CRM to manage prospects and follow-ups, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Luxury vehicle sales experience with verifiable proof of meeting sales targets.
• Ability to build relationships with guests, associates, and all levels of leadership.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and professional image.
• Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and in person including active listening.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes each guest with a prompt and enthusiastic greeting and accompanies the guest on a tour of the Dealership.
• Determines the guest’s needs by conducting a needs assessment.
• Competently presents our inventory with knowledge of vehicle features and financing options.
• Initiates the steps for an appraisal of a trade-in vehicle.
• Presents selected vehicle for a demonstration drive and answers guest questions and concerns.
• Introduces guests to the Service Department for follow-up support.
• Engages the guest in the delivery of the vehicle and explains operations and features.
• Establishes yourself as the point of contact for future product questions.
• Keeps up with market conditions, values, incentives, and new inventory.
• Participates in events representing the Dimmitt brand.
• Attends new vehicle meetings and works to achieve team and personal objectives.
• Uses CRM to track guest visits and follow-up activities.
