Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience is required.
• Proven track record of outstanding client service.
• Energetic, outgoing, and able to handle objections.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, in-person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide customers as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process.
• Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs using current inventory.
• Demonstrate vehicle features to enhance the sales process.
• Assist customers in completing sales applications.
• Support management by inspecting the lot and reporting issues.
• Ensure the lot is merchandised to maximize sales.
