Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Laguna Niguel, part of the Murgado Automotive Group, is seeking motivated Automotive Sales Associates to join our luxury-brand team. You will build relationships, present new and pre-owned Mercedes-Benz vehicles with enthusiasm, and guide customers through the entire sales process to delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in automotive preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Present and sell new and pre-owned Mercedes-Benz vehicles with enthusiasm and expertise
• Provide customers with vehicle features and options to assist in the purchasing decision
• Stay informed about current and upcoming Mercedes-Benz models, technologies, and promotions
• Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Follow up with leads, appointments, and customer inquiries
• Guide customers through the entire sales process, from the initial consultation to delivery
