Responsibilities

• Realize business is built on customer satisfaction and guarantee satisfaction.
• Determine each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
• Demonstrate vehicles (includes test drives).
• Deliver vehicles to customers and ensure understanding of features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Establish personal income goals aligned with productivity standards and plan to meet them.
• Report to the Vehicle Sales Manager regarding objectives and activities.
• Keep abreast of inventory and features to benefit customers.
• Coordinate with service and body shop to recondition vehicles as needed.
