Job summary

Gratis Technologies LLC in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a customer-focused sales associate to guide prospects through the on-lot sales process and help them find a vehicle that fits their needs.

You will demonstrate features, handle objections, assist with financing applications, and help merchandise the lot to maximize sales. This role offers on-site work with a commission-based earning potential.

Qualifications

• High energy and enthusiastic throughout the workday.
• Outgoing and friendly when handling objections.
• Quality customer service skills and a sales track record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, in person and on the phone.
• Persuasive and able to overcome objections during the sales process; basic math.
• Capable of learning and using software and sales programs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide customers to start the sales process.
• Deliver a high-end luxury experience on the lot.
• Assist customers to find a vehicle that meets their needs using current inventory.
• Demonstrate vehicle features on the lot to enhance sales.
• Assist customers in completing sales applications.
• Assist management by inspecting the lot and reporting issues to management.
• Help merchandising of the lot to maximize sales.
