Job summary

Hagerty Van Nuys is seeking a Car Concierge to deliver outstanding member service and keep the garage and facilities pristine for our exclusive guests. You will handle vehicle intake, minor maintenance coordination, and ensure secure, premium parking and presentation.

In this onsite role, you’ll collaborate with location management to lease spaces, support onboarding, and maintain accurate records. A strong customer-service mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage high-end vehicles

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily walkthroughs to inspect vehicle condition and facility cleanliness.
• Ensure clubhouse and member areas are clean, organized, and presented well.
• Assist in executing member events and enhance the premium member experience.
• Collaborate with Hagerty team members to optimize member experience.

As a Car Concierge at Hagerty Garage + Social, you'll deliver exceptional client service, support day-to-day vehicle and facility operations, and ensure a pristine, secure, and premium environment for our members and guests. Working closely with location management, you'll play a hands‑on role in everything from vehicle intake and maintenance to facility presentation and member experience.

What you'll do

• Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, serving as a welcoming and professional point of contact at all times.
• Collaborate with senior management to lease garage spaces, support client onboarding, and ensure maximum facility occupancy.
• Manage client vehicle intake, including inspection, documentation, and secure parking.
• Actively manage and update key boxes, maintaining accurate records of vehicle location and access.
• Prepare vehicles for pickup, including warm‑ups, fluid checks, tire inspections, and mileage documentation.
• Perform light vehicle maintenance and assist with service coordination, including transport and vendor communication.
• Organize and maintain the monthly vehicle start‑up program to ensure operational readiness.
• Create, maintain, and execute a monthly vehicle washing and detailing schedule; perform customer washes and details as needed.
• Conduct daily walkthroughs to inspect vehicle condition, facility cleanliness, and security.
• Ensure the clubhouse and all member areas remain clean, organized, stocked, and professionally presented at all times.
• Assist in executing member events and contribute to a welcoming, high‑end member experience.
• Work with other Hagerty team members to create the best possible member experience.

• Must be able to perform physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing and walking for extended periods).

Over and above

• Experience in sales, luxury automotive, hospitality, or valet/porter positions.
• Detailing or light mechanical experience a plus.
• Enthusiasm for automotive culture and a collaborative team mindset.

Other things to note

This is a fully onsite position at our Van Nuys location.

The schedule for this role is Tuesday through Saturday.

Must be available to travel for events and work some nights.

Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations, if applicable. For SOX compliant roles, responsible for designing, executing, and documenting internal controls where they have been identified as owners to prevent errors in financial reporting, processes, and business operations. Including attestation to the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of all financial reporting data, where applicable.
