Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record in upholding exacting service standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, private aviation, or high-end service is preferred.
• Composure and confidence when delivering feedback and escalation when needed.
• Ability to enthuse others about excellence in service and brand values.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador and uphold VistaJet values across the Cabin Host Team.
• Assist crew with pre-departure and arrival tasks for aircraft as directed.
• Assess aircraft cabin condition, presentation, and service item consistency.
• Ensure uniform, safety, and procedure compliance; document findings.
• Maintain records on aircraft status and cabin hostess performance.
• Provide flight-specific information to the Cabin Management team as needed.
• Support cabin operations with stocking, cleaning, and client profiling tasks.
