VistaGround team is seeking a Ground Quality Ambassador (GQA) in the Los Angeles area to uphold VistaJet service standards on the ground. The role focuses on quality audits, brand advocacy, and collaboration with Cabin Management and Trainers to ensure seamless customer experiences from lounge to aircraft.

Ideal candidates bring luxury service experience, exceptional English communication, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador and role model for VistaJet values.
• Assist crew with pre-departure and arrival tasks.
• Assess aircraft cabin condition, presentation and service consistency.
• Ensure uniform, safety and service procedures are followed.
• Record findings and report to Cabin Management.
• Provide stock, cleaning and guest-support as needed.
• Coordinate handovers and liaise with flight crew for smooth transitions.
• Support Vista events and ground operations at various locations.

Job description

Ground Quality Ambassadors (GQA's) are an essential part of the Cabin Host Team and are brand advocates. GQA's ensure Vista's highest service standards are maintained and consistently delivered by our entire Cabin Host family.

In this non-flying role, GQA' work with several departments, including Flying Quality Ambassadors, Trainers, and Cabin Management to ensure that our standards are maintained from ground to air. They prioritize building relationships and understand the importance of working with stakeholders, for a seamless customer experience.

GQA's focus the week on high profile/high importance flights (if applicable) and ensure they prioritize quality audits, as directed by the Head of Cabin and Operations team.

GQA's are responsible for the overall quality and standards at our designated FBO, including Vista product stores if applicable.

This is a full-time role and flexible availability will be required, including weekends. You will focus your week on high profile flights, and ensure you prioritise quality audits, as directed by the Cabin Management team.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador and role models VistaJet values and be well versed on business vision and direction.


• Assist crew members on the Pre-departure task of the aircraft.


• Assist crew members on the Arrival tasks of the aircraft.


• Assessing the overall aircraft cabin condition, stowage, cabin presentation and consistency of service items.


• Assess Cabin Host uniform, safety & service compliance, knowledge of procedures.


• Record keeping of findings on Aircraft status


• Record keeping of findings on Cabin Hostess performance.


• Provide any additional information pertinent to the flights/operations.


• Additional support to the Cabin Host for the flights such as stock, shopping, cleaning, clients' profiles.


• Keeping records of handover status and providing data to the Cabin Management team.


• Hosting clients at the airport lounge and attending to any individual needs until the clients reach the aircraft


• Liaise with flight crew to ensure a smooth transition between the airport lounge and the aircraft.


• Responsible for managing aircraft line services when arriving / departing from Vista Maintenance.( laundry, dishes, stock)


• Coordinate arrivals/departures that take place primarily from VAM/Signature KVNY but also from LAX for sensitive T100/ high profile flights, special events.


• Ground support during various Vista events at hybrid locations.

Required Skills And Experience

• A brand advocate who possesses an exceptional record of upholding exact standards, in a service organization.


• Assertive and confident at delivering feedback, and willing to escape when needed.


• Substantial experience gained in luxury service organization. Examples include but are not limited to, luxury hotels, private aviation, commercial airline's first-class cabin.


• Possess a comprehensive understanding of luxury, and the expectations among high-net-worth individuals.


• A personal commitment to, and ability to enthuse others about excellence in service.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent written and spoken English language skills are essential. You are assertive, yet empathetic and speak with authority and clarity.


• You will always seek ways for us to improve, and although your main station will be remote from headquarters, you will be a team player for the Vista Cabin team.
