Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Canouan is seeking a professional Butler to deliver highly personalized service from arrival to departure, ensuring an exceptional luxury experience. You will anticipate guest needs, manage preferences and maintain confidentiality with attention to detail.

The role supports front office operations, coordinates with multiple departments, and requires strong communication, discretion and organizational skills. Flexible hours, weekends and holidays may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years luxury hospitality experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polished demeanor.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs with discretion and intuition.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival, escort to accommodation and provide room orientation.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and special arrangements.
• Provide in-room dining service and assist with packing, wardrobe care and laundry coordination as needed.
• Promote and upsell hotel dining or experiences and manage guest preferences in Opera PMS.
