Job summary

Related Management Company (RMC) is seeking a Janitor/Porter to maintain the cleanliness of lobbies, hallways, elevators, and common areas across our buildings. Responsibilities include floor care, restroom upkeep, light maintenance, and reliable resident service.

This night-shift role runs Saturday through Wednesday from 10:30pm to 7:00am, with Thursdays and Fridays off. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), PTO, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of janitor, cleaner, or porter experience.
• Must be reliable and able to work with cleaning chemicals.
• Team player with minimal supervision.
• Excellent time management and work ethic.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby, hallways, elevators, common areas, and restrooms (mop, sweep, strip/wax/buff floors, dust, vacuum and garbage removal).
• Light maintenance may be assigned.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• General upkeep of the buildings and grounds.
• Snow removal and landscaping.
• Maintain all equipment and supplies in proper condition.
• Special projects as assigned.
