Vivienne Westwood Bridal is seeking an organized Bridal Specialist to support day-to-day operations of the Bridal Department, including coordinating appointments two days a week. Ideal candidates have strong administrative skills, luxury client service experience, and a passion for bridal fashion.

The role involves assisting the Bridal Manager with client communications, order administration, reporting, and ensuring a seamless experience for brides throughout their journey.

Competenze

• Experience in luxury retail, bridal, fashion, hospitality, or client-facing environments is preferred.
• Bridal sales experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, written and verbal, with attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Manage bridal inquiries via email and telephone.
• Coordinate bridal appointments, fittings, consultations, and gown collections with bridal manager and self.
• Maintain appointment calendars and scheduling systems.
• Follow up with clients regarding orders, payments, and upcoming appointments.
• Provide exceptional client service representing the Vivienne Westwood brand.
