Job summary

Marc Jacobs International seeks a Sales Supervisor to join its Cincinnati Premium Outlets store in Monroe, Ohio.

You will partner with and assist the Store Manager in all store functions, drive sales on the floor, coach associates, and oversee merchandising, operations and customer service. You will open and close the store when needed and help develop a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail experience.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Customer service skills.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Applications.
