Job summary

Puck is seeking a Sales Director to lead luxury partnerships and expand our footprint across fashion, beauty, travel and spirits. You will partner with sales leadership and collaborate with Creative Strategy and Client Services to craft compelling proposals and flawless executions.

Based in New York, you will own an annual revenue target, forecast in our CRM, and drive strategy to win new business and grow existing accounts while building relationships with senior brand and agency leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5–6 years of sales experience in digital media with a track record of meeting targets.
• Knowledge and existing relationships within the luxury category.
• Fluency in Microsoft Excel, Keynote, Google Slides.
• Startup experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of luxury prospects across target verticals.
• Sell sponsorships across newsletters, web, podcasts, and events.
• Grow existing partnerships through renewals and upsells.
• Develop proposals and pricing with Creative Strategy and present to senior buyers.
• Own annual revenue target and forecast accurately in CRM.
• Collaborate with account managers and events team on activations.
