Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue Llc seeks a Customer Experience Manager to drive relationship selling and client retention in-store, leading branding, events, and partnerships under the General Manager. You will work on-site at the store, coordinating cross-functional teams to elevate the brand while achieving selling KPIs.

The role requires 4+ years of experience, data-driven decision making, and proficiency with tools like Tableau, Google Suite, and InDesign.

Qualifications

4+ years of relevant experience.
History of building, leading, motivating, and coaching teams.
Ability to synthesize data to determine relevant actions.
Experience presenting at the executive level.
Proficiency with tools including social media, Google Suite, Tableau, and CONNECT.
Experience with InDesign.
Roles may require standing and travel.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed action plans for events and manage execution with store leadership.
Manage scheduling, budgeting, communications, and reporting for events.
Plan seasonal events calendars across markets with multiple teams.
Partner with Regional Director to shape seasonal strategies.
Develop community relationships with philanthropic groups and corporate partners.
Create activations that balance brand and selling goals with ROI.
Cultivate relationships with client segments and engage in client development.
Monitor client relationship KPIs and drive initiatives with leadership.
