CXG is a global customer experience consulting firm focused on premium and luxury brands. As a luxury brand evaluator, you will discreetly assess customer experiences, providing feedback to help brands refine their services.

Assignments are flexible, often taking ~20 minutes per visit, with missions across prestigious brands worldwide. You can complete multiple assignments monthly from home or in-store, using CXG Live to manage feedback and certifications.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ (21+ in the United States).
• Current customer of premium and luxury brands.
• Not currently under contract with any retail brands to ensure impartiality.
• Punctual, organized, detail-oriented and reliable.
• Observant and passionate about customer experience.
• No prior experience required; honest feedback from genuine customers is valued.

Responsibilities

• Choose assignments aligned with your preferences and profile.
• Visit luxury stores or evaluate online from home; engage with sales associates when applicable.
• Observe ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience.
• Provide honest feedback via our platform through questionnaires.
