Job summary

CXG is seeking a luxury brand evaluator to discreetly assess customer experiences across boutiques and online channels. You will visit stores, purchase experiences, or evaluate online interactions and provide structured feedback to help brands refine services.

Flexibility is key: each in-store visit takes about 20 minutes, with multiple assignments available monthly. You can work remotely or on-site depending on the mission, collaborating with iconic brands worldwide.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old (21+ in the United States)
• Current customer of premium and luxury brands
• Not currently under contract with any retail brands to ensure impartiality
• Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Observant and passionate about customer experience
• No prior experience required; honest feedback from genuine customers

Responsibilities

• Choose your assignments and align missions with your preferences and profile
• Visit luxury stores or evaluate online from home or on-site as applicable
• Observe ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience
