You’ll provide structured feedback through our questionnaires, helping brands refine service and ambiance. No prior experience is required; must be 18+, with impartiality, reliability and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old (21+ in United States).
• Current customer of premium and luxury brands.
• Not under contract with any retail brands to ensure impartiality.
• Punctual, organized and reliable.
• Observant and passionate about customer experience.

Responsibilities
