Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old (21+ in the United States).
• Current customer of premium and luxury brands.
• Not currently under contract with any retail brands to ensure impartiality.
• Punctual, organized, detail-oriented and reliable.
• Observant and passionate about customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Choose assignments aligned with your preferences and profile.
• Visit luxury stores or evaluate online from home and engage with sales associates.
• Observe ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience.
• Provide honest feedback through our platform by completing questionnaires.
