Job summary

CXG in the United States is seeking motivated evaluators to help luxury brands enhance their customer experiences. You will visit premium stores or assess online interactions, spending about 20 minutes per assignment, and you can complete multiple missions each month.

No prior experience needed; you must be at least 18 (21 in the US) and currently a customer of premium brands. You will provide honest feedback through our questionnaires using CXG Live, with compensation for your time and possible

Qualifications

Current customer of premium and luxury brands.
Not currently under contract with any retail brands to ensure impartiality.
Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
Observant and passionate about customer experience.
No prior experience is required; we value honest feedback from genuine customers.
