Job summary

CXG is seeking a Luxury Brand Evaluator in the United States to discreetly assess customer experiences for premium brands. You may visit stores or evaluate online, spending around 20 minutes per assignment. Your feedback helps refine services across fashion, jewelry, beauty, and automotive partners.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
Current customer of premium and luxury brands.
Not currently under contract with any retail brands to ensure impartiality.
Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
Observant and passionate about customer experience.
No prior experience required; honest feedback from genuine customers is valued.

Responsibilities

Choose assignments - align missions with preferences and profile.
Visit luxury stores or evaluate online - engage with sales associates in-store or online from home.
Observe carefully - check ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience.
Provide honest feedback - share observations through questionnaires on our platform.
