Job summary

Customer Experience Group - CXG seeks individuals to evaluate luxury brand experiences, visiting stores or evaluating online from home. You will observe ambiance, service quality and overall customer experience, then provide honest feedback through our questionnaires.

Flexibility is key: visits take about 20 minutes each, with multiple missions per month across prestigious brands worldwide. Prior experience isn’t required, and reimbursement on purchases may be available in some missions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old; US age 21+ applies in US.
• Current customer of premium and luxury brands.
• No prior experience required; values honest feedback from genuine customers.
• Punctual, organized, detail-oriented and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Choose assignments aligned with preferences and profile.
• Visit luxury stores or evaluate online and engage with sales teams.
• Observe ambiance and service quality to assess customer experience.
