Job summary

CXG is seeking outgoing individuals in the United States to join its global network of evaluators. You will visit premium stores or assess online experiences, providing honest feedback on ambiance, service, and customer care.

No prior experience required; punctual, reliable, and observant applicants are welcomed to apply. Assignments are flexible, with brief visits of about 20 minutes and multiple missions available each month.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current customer of premium and luxury brands.
• Not currently under contract with any retail brands, to ensure impartiality.
• Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Observant and passionate about customer experience.
• No prior experience is required; we value honest feedback from genuine customers.

Responsibilities

• Choose your assignments - align your missions with your personal preferences and profile.
• Visit luxury stores or evaluate online - engage with sales associates in the stores or online from the comfort of your home.
