CXG, a global leader in customer experience for luxury brands, is seeking evaluators to visit premium stores or assess online experiences. Each in-store visit takes about 20 minutes.

You will observe ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience, then provide honest feedback through our platform. No prior experience is required; punctual, organized, and reliable applicants aged 18+ (21+ in the U.S.) are welcome.
