You can select assignments that fit your preferences and profile, and work either in-store or remotely from home when evaluating online. Successful evaluators are punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable, with a passion for customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older (21 years or older in the United States)
• Current customer of premium and luxury brands
• Not currently under contract with any retail brands, to ensure impartiality
• Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Observant and passionate about customer experience
• No prior experience is required; we value honest feedback from genuine customers

Responsibilities

• Visit luxury stores or evaluate online to assess ambiance and service quality
• Engage with sales associates in stores or online from home
• Observe and report on overall customer experience and feedback via questionnaires
• Provide honest, detailed feedback on mission briefs
