Job summary

Diptyque Paris is seeking a luxury retail sales associate to enhance the client experience across our boutique and channels. You will greet clients, provide personalized advice, and demonstrate product knowledge to drive sales and satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in luxury retail, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. MS Office proficiency and a collaborative spirit are a plus in our diverse team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in luxury retail.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients across the store.
• Provide clients advice and knowledge to enhance their experience.
• Educate clients on merchandise, events, promotions, policy and services.
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge and drive sales.
• Maintain selling floor and assist with visual merchandising.
