You will support the Store Manager with daily operations, motivate the team, and ensure Diptyque standards in service, product knowledge and merchandising. The role emphasizes KPI achievement, VIP client care, and guidance during the absence of management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver agreed KPIs for the store - these KPIs will focus on sales, AVT, IPT, conversion and CRM.
• Inspire and motivate the team by leading by example.
• Communicate effectively a level of commercial understanding with the Store Manager to improve the business.
• Client Experience - embody Diptyque values in grooming, storytelling and behavior for a unique experience.
• Guarantee excellent client welcoming and supervise sales to ensure client satisfaction and brand standards.
• Contribute to Client Experience training and CRM initiatives.
• Be the point of reference for Clients and colleagues in absence of Store Manager/Asst Store Manager.
• Deal directly with VIP clients and stay aware of competitors and trends.
• Maintain knowledge of products and represent the brand in-store.
