Job summary

Longchamp USA Inc is seeking a Sales Associate for our boutique in West Natick, MA. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining store presentation to Longchamp standards.

As a non-exempt, full-time position reporting to the Store Manager, you will handle POS transactions, merchandising, and client relations while adhering to company policies. Prior high-end retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma (or GED) and either a degree in Retail, Fashion or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Three plus years’ high-end retail, boutique or sales related work experience.
• Experience with inventory, customer sales experience and merchandising.
• Proficient with Cegid transactions (sales, returns, CRM, reports) and able to operate UPS system.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of sales and customer service to maximise sales.
• Maintain product knowledge and merchandise care information; greet and advise clients.
• Process sales transactions accurately at POS and manage cash/inputs per guidelines.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, replenishment, and stock monitoring.
• Develop and maintain client books; build long-term client relationships.
• Follow company policies, guidelines, and procedures; participate in special projects.
