Maison Polène in Costa Mesa invites experienced luxury retail professionals to join our boutique team. You will engage a high-end local and international clientele, deliver exceptional service, and help create the distinctive Polène experience.

Candidates must have at least 3 years in luxury leather goods retail, strong clienteling and teamwork, and a passion for craftsmanship. The role demands 40 hours weekly, including weekends, with competitive hourly pay and benefit offerings.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers to positively impact conversion rates, ensuring each visitor feels welcomed and valued.
• Guide clients throughout the purchasing journey with exemplary service from greeting to farewell.
• Offer personalized experiences by identifying customer needs and upholding Polène’s standards.
• Encourage additional sales by communicating services during and after purchases.
• Drive brand loyalty through clienteling and a detailed digital client book.
• Maintain boutique presentation and collaborate with stock to support inventory and displays.
