The Longfellow Hotel in Portland, ME is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to support the Housekeeping Manager in leading the department, hiring and training staff, and maintaining high guest satisfaction. Qualifications

• 3+ years of hospitality industry experience.
• 1+ year supervisory experience, preferably in luxury hotel.
• 2+ years of housekeeping experience.
• Flexible work schedule, including weekends/holidays.
• Strong knowledge of day-to-day hotel operations.
• Proficiency with relevant software and processes.
• English fluency; French or Spanish preferred.
• Experience in Portland, ME area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the housekeeping department; hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with front desk to track in-house and upcoming guests.
• Lead and empower the team to exceed guest expectations.
• Coach staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences at a 48-room property.
• Provide training and encourage creativity and authenticity.
• Help lead a service culture aligned with brand standards.
