Job summary

Chanel is hiring a Boutique Facilitator, Client Experience Host in New York. You will greet guests, anticipate needs, and guide them through a seamless luxury boutique visit in collaboration with sales staff.

You will help manage guest flow, assist with appointments, and deliver bespoke hospitality while supporting events and VIC experiences. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, HS diploma, and ability to lift 15 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
• Move with pace and energy while maintaining attention to detail.
• People-oriented with proactive client service mindset.
• Able to lift 15 lbs. and work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Give warm, elegant welcome to guests and guide them through their visit.
• Manage guest flow to maintain a serene boutique environment.
• Assist with directions, appointments and introductions to sales associates.
• Coordinate client experiences from pre-arrival to post-visit follow-up.
• Monitor and report on client experience; share insights with management.
• Support boutique events, private floor initiatives, and client appreciation efforts.
