Qualifications

• Several years of hospitality/private club experience.
• Develop and maintain a beverage inventory system for wines, spirits, beer and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Plan promotional strategies and recipes to enhance the beverage program for members and guests.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in bar areas and equipment.
• Recruit, train, and supervise bar personnel and conduct reviews.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor beverage budgets and forecasts.
• Collaborate with Food and Beverage and Dining Room managers on wine lists and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with laws related to beverage operations.
• Coordinate with Purchasing on product procurement and receiving.
• Plan staff schedules and supervise daily beverage operations.
• Maintain and update training manuals for beverage staff.
