Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in beverage, restaurant, banquet, or luxury hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance beverage offerings for banquet, catering, and events.
• Coordinate with Culinary and Event Services leadership to create cohesive food & beverage experiences.
• Monitor trends and propose products to boost guest engagement and profitability.
• Support planning and execution of weddings, social events, corporate meetings, galas.
• Oversee payroll, scheduling, staffing, and on-the-floor support during events.
• Manage beverage inventory, ordering, procurement, and vendor relations.
• Develop annual beverage budgets and forecasting; ensure cost controls.
• Train staff on beverage service, product knowledge, and luxury hospitality standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
• Monitor cost-management practices across operations.
