Job summary

Brooks Brothers in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to support the management team in delivering a best-in-class customer experience and achieving sales results. You will assist with store operations, maintain visual standards, and lead by example on customer service, teamwork and brand standards.

Flexible evenings and weekend availability is required, with opportunities to grow within a winning team.

Qualifications

Supervisory experience in similar volume apparel preferred.
Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).

Responsibilities

Support management to achieve sales results.
Demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
Be a role model to team members for the customer experience.
Support store standards for merchandising and operations consistently.
Be accountable for assigned tasks and results.
Learn all aspects of the business and share ideas to drive it.
Create a positive work environment with a professional attitude.
Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and act as supervisor in the Store Manager's absence.
