Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous luxury hotel experience is required.
• Ability to stand for the entire scheduled shift.
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain bell carts via cleaning and routine maintenance.
• Greet guests with friendly, appropriate expressions.
• Supervise bell staff and ensure efficiency.
• Assist with reservations for restaurants and limousines.
• Deliver parcels, mail and special deliveries to guestrooms.
• Keep bell storage closet clean and organized.
• Follow up on guest complaints to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for guest satisfaction.
• Direct guests to Front Desk or meeting rooms.
• Call taxis or shuttles for guests as needed.
• Assist, retrieve, and load luggage for guests.
• Notify Front Desk of VIP arrivals when possible.
• Train new bell staff on procedures.
• Maintain daily bell log for arrivals and departures.
