Job summary

Beemok Hospitality Collection seeks a PM Bellperson to be the first and last impression for guests at our luxury property. You will welcome guests, assist with luggage, escort to rooms, and ensure exceptional service with discretion.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling luggage, coordinating transportation, and maintaining lobby area while upholding grooming standards. Fluency in English is required; extra languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Polished appearance and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of hotel property, local attractions, and transportation options.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and high attention to guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly on arrival and departure in a professional manner.
• Assist guests with luggage handling during check-in and check-out.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain features and hotel services.
• Deliver messages, packages, or items to guest rooms discreetly.
• Coordinate guest transportation needs (taxi, valet, hotel vehicles).
• Provide directions and local information to guests.
• Assist with group arrivals, departures and event logistics.
• Maintain lobby and bell desk cleanliness and organization.
• Report guest concerns or maintenance needs to supervisor.
