Job summary

Four Seasons Naples Beach Club is seeking a Bell Attendant to assist guests with luggage on arrival and departure, deliver items to rooms, and transport packages around the property. You will greet guests in the lobby, provide courteous assistance, and support guest relations and front desk teams as needed.

Responsibilities include overnight duties such as shoe polishing, delivering newspapers, and restocking the RA closet.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
• Experience in Guest Services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers luggage to rooms during check-in and handles departures.
• Greets guests and assists with inquiries.
• Overnight duties including shoe polishing and delivering items for guests.
• Restocks the RA closet and assists with Concierge/Front Desk duties.
