Job summary

Omni Dallas Hotel is seeking a Bellperson to deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced luxury setting in downtown Dallas. You will develop relationships with guests, anticipate needs, and ensure seamless transportation, luggage handling, and concierge-style support during all shifts.

The role requires standing for long periods, strong communication in English, and a friendly, professional demeanor to create memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous luxury hotel experience is required.
• Ability to stand for the entire scheduled shift.
• Customer service oriented with multitasking, detail orientation, and organization.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication with guests and colleagues in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain bell carts; assist guests with luggage and directions.
• Assist in making restaurant and limousine reservations for guests.
• Deliver parcels and mail to guestrooms; manage bell storage area.
• Provide warm, personalized service and engage with guests on shift.
