• Build the business by achieving sales targets and growing guest loyalty.
• Explain guest loyalty benefits and use the Ulta Beauty app to engage guests.
• Provide exceptional guest service and personalize recommendations.
• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses with guests.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Stay informed about brand promotions and in-store initiatives.
• Maintain store standards and replenish displays as needed.
