Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Luxury Beauty Advisor to maximize sales of Luxury brands by engaging guests and tailoring recommendations to their needs. This role includes makeup applications, skincare analysis, and assisting with in-store events to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The ideal candidate has cosmetology licensing where required and demonstrates strong sales, relationship-building, and communication skills within a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales for Luxury brands and drive store performance.
• Engage guests, assess needs, and guide product selection and demonstrations.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis to enhance guest experience.
• Support in-store events, promotions and loyalty initiatives.
• Maintain cleanliness, stock, and brand image across the Luxury area.
