Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Luxury Beauty Advisor to maximize sales of color cosmetics, skincare and fragrance by engaging guests and tailoring recommendations to their needs. You will represent the image and culture of Ulta Beauty and support the Experience Manager with service, events, and guest experience.

Applicants should bring passion for the beauty industry, exceptional guest service, and the ability to learn and communicate product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred
• Cosmetology or demonstrator license where required by state law
• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed luxury brand sales goals and contribute to store targets
• Provide exceptional guest service and engage guests to tailor recommendations
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis for guests
• Book appointments for services and in-store events
• Maintain cleanliness and replenishment of luxury brand areas
• Attend trainings and participate in promotions with brand partners
