Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Birmingham seeks a Luxury Beauty Advisor to maximize sales of luxury brands by engaging guests, identifying needs, and guiding purchases across cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance. You will provide personalized service and demonstrate product knowledge to enhance the guest experience.

You will perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and demonstrations to drive sales, while booking services and in-store events and collaborating with brand partners to deliver a premier beauty

Qualifications

• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
• Passion for beauty and exceptional guest service.
• Ability to build relationships and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Luxury brand sales and clientele goals and contribute to store objectives.
• Provide exceptional guest service, greeting and engaging guests and personalizing recommendations.
• Demonstrate makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales and guest experience.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver luxurious guest experiences.
• Maintain store standards, replenish products, and assist with promotions and brand events.
