Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Luxury Beauty Advisor to maximize sales of Luxury brands by engaging guests, identifying needs, and assisting with product selection. The role supports the Experience Manager through service, guest experience, and in-store events, requiring passion for beauty and strong product knowledge.

Responsibilities include makeup applications, skincare analysis, and exclusive demonstrations to grow sales.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Luxury brand sales and guest loyalty targets.
• Provide exceptional guest service with makeup applications, skincare analysis and product demonstrations.
• Maintain clean, stocked and organized Luxury brand area and participate in promotions and events.
• Collaborate with brand partners and attend trainings to drive sales performance.
