Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Luxury Beauty Advisor (LBA) to maximize sales of Luxury brands by engaging guests, assessing their needs, and guiding product selections.

You will perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to enhance the guest experience while supporting store events and promotions. The role requires passion for beauty, outstanding guest service, and the ability to learn product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred
• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology license where required by state law
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Luxury brand sales and clientele goals.
• Provide exceptional guest service and greet each guest.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis for guests.
• Book appointments and support in-store events.
• Maintain store standards including cleanliness and replenishment.
• Engage guests, upsell products, and share promotions.
