Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses; recommend products based on customer goals.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a welcoming, inclusive environment.
• Set and achieve in-store and digital sales goals using selling tools and social media.
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services.
• Keep department organized and customer-ready through cleanliness and setup.
• Stay updated on beauty trends and products through Nordstrom and brand trainings.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and build Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
