Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and beauty trends, makeup, and skincare.
• Ability to connect with customers and handle concerns with a positive attitude.

• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analyses and recommend products.
• Collaborate with team to create a welcoming environment for all customers.
• Set and achieve sales goals, including in-store and digital selling via texts/social media.
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store Beauty events and services.
• Maintain department readiness through organization and cleanliness.
• Stay current on beauty trends through trainings with Nordstrom and brand partners.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges and build customer loyalty via Nordstrom Rewards.
