Job summary

You will stay current on beauty trends and brand trainings, manage appointments, and contribute to Nordstrom Rewards growth. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and beauty, including trends, makeup application, and skincare.
• Excellent ability to connect with customers and handle concerns.
• Empathy and respect for all customers in makeup/skincare applications.
• Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer's beauty goals.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers.
• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools.
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services.
• Keep department organized and customer-ready through cleanliness and upkeep.
• Stay updated on beauty trends, products, and brand trainings.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges and build Nordstrom Rewards program accounts.
