Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses to guide product selections.

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital channels using selling tools.
• Book appointments and promote in-store beauty events and services.
• Maintain a clean, organized department and keep products ready for customers.
• Stay updated on beauty trends through trainings with Nordstrom and brand partners.
• Build customer loyalty by guiding Nordstrom Rewards sign-ups.
