Nordstrom, Inc. in the United States beauty department is seeking a passionate Beauty Advisor to create personalized experiences for customers and drive sales across in-store and digital channels.

You will perform makeup applications, skincare analyses and recommend products to align with each customer’s beauty goals. You will collaborate with team members to foster a welcoming environment, book appointments, and organize beauty events while staying current with industry trends and product

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and beauty, including trends, makeup application, and skincare.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products to meet beauty goals.
• Collaborate with team to create a welcoming, inclusive environment for all customers.
• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools.
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services.
• Maintain department readiness through organization and cleanliness.
• Stay updated on beauty trends and products through trainings.
• Manage sales, refunds and loyalty program accounts to build customer loyalty.
