Job summary

sbe is seeking a Bartender in New Orleans to deliver exceptional service to guests at the bar. You will prepare and pour drinks, maintain a clean, stocked station, and collaborate with staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Requirements include at least two years in a high-end service environment, a 21+ age, physical ability for long shifts, and valid Food Handler and Responsible Beverage Service certifications. Local work authorization is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience in high-end, service-focused environment.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to stand or walk a minimum eight (8)-hour shift and work inside assigned bar area.
• Must be able to lift and carry 25-50 pounds.
• Must be able to provide documentation authorizing work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent service to all guests at the bar.
• Prepares and pours drinks, including wine, cocktails, shots and related bar service.
• Expedites drink orders quickly and accurately; handles refills and additional beverage requests.
• Maintains bar stock and inventory at established par levels.
• Keeps station clean and organized, ensuring proper glassware and accessories are available.
