Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of bartending or high-volume restaurant/bar experience.
• Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology, and POS systems.
• Strong customer service, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Knowledge of regulations for responsible alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages.
• Greet guests, take orders, and provide recommendations.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and organization.
• Restock liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and supplies.
• Process payments using POS systems; manage cash and tabs responsibly.
• Verify guest IDs for legal drinking age compliance.
• Follow sanitation and safety policies.
• Assist with bar opening and closing duties.
• Report equipment or maintenance needs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
